The walls are decorated with the paintings of the owner, a well known artist who spends his summers on Hydra.

It accommodates up to 4 people, but we can provide 1 folding bed, if you are traveling with children.  Everything you need is just minutes away from this fabulous Vacation Rental.  It is located in one of the oldest residential places in Athens where within walking distance there are: restaurants, cinemas, cafe’s, supermarkets, bakeries, dry cleaners, Pharmacies and post office. You will be able to reach Museums and the Acropolis within 20 min. by bus/trolley, the bus stop is at the front of the house.

Among the great features of the apartment includes air conditioning in every room as well as a 42″ television and high speed internet. In the refrigerator you will find everything you need for your breakfast.  There is a dishwasher, iron, laundry, silverware, linens, juicer, coffee maker and blender.  Within minutes it will feel like your own comfy home.

There are two things to take note, no smoking inside the house and no pets allowed inside.

You pay for your rental in cash when you move in or PayPal in advance.

• This home is near all public transportation and just 20 minutes from the port of Piraeus, making it a convenient starting point for day trips or overnights to the Greek islands.  Also you can take at 9 am a special bus at the front of the house and go to the most beautiful beach of Athens (45minutes)

Amerikis Square is one of the oldest residential areas in Athens with everything you need within a short walk.  Near all Museums, Acropolis and public transportation
