A charming, clean, and comfortable apartment on a busy street in Athens. The owner Gregory is a artist, and his art adorns the walls, making the apartment bright and cheerful. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children were very comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and a charming tiled kitchen, a relaxing living room, and a balcony. It is within walking distance from the National Archeological Museum, and we also walked to and from the Plaka and Acropolis area several times. The owner speaks excellent English, and went above and beyond in helping us with local information. . There is a travel agency 2 blocks away, with English speaking agents who were very helpful for booking tours. There is a pedestrian area nearby with open air restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Athens, and we highly recommend this apartment. Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
